Teena Lorie is the steward of the Office Business Diversity for the district's remedial policies and programs for Construction, Goods and Services. She is the executive for the contract compliance of Prime Vendors and Suppliers partnerships with Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE).

Managing the participation of Prime Vendors with the district's $9.9B budget, serving the district's 330,000 students. In this role Teena Lorie has successfully exceeded the district's aspirational goals 30% (MBE) and 7% (WBE), achieving 36% MBE and 14% WBE for fiscal year 2023. Teena Lorie is a proud 3rd Generation Chicagoan and a proud product of Chicago Public Schools, and Chicago Public Housing. She loves Chicago and all of the city's complexities.
